My name is Sarah Corr and with my husband, David Corr, are delighted to introduce you to our specialist Residential Property Management Services.

We pride ourselves on superb Property Management, where we ensure that our landlords save money because we do our job right the first time to keep the property in premium condition tenancy after tenancy.

Our prime focus is only on Property Management, we don’t get involved in Real Estate Sales so we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to our Landlords and their properties

Payments to Landlords

We deposit funds held directly into our landlords accounts twice per month on approximately the 15^th and 30^th of each month.

Payments of Accounts

We can pay accounts for landlords such as Rates, water consumption, strata fees from rent held giving owners a detailed statement at the end of each month and copies of all accounts paid on your behalf.

Maintenance

Unless it is an emergency or legislated repair and we can’t reach you, we will always contact you prior to any maintenance at the property and seek your approval prior to arranging a contractor on your behalf.
